off initial listen, this album serves as a very non-traditional tyler album for lack of better words. from the song style, to the topics on the album, it is very different from his past work.
I love it tho. He takes a step out for a more abrasive sound which makes it so much more experimental in its own way. I love Kanye idc
he beat the washed allegations. idc what anyone says, this album pulls out some great industrial sounds as well as has moments that remind me of old kanye, while still keeping a new sound. there’s issues on this album for sure, some rapping is subpar for sure and some lyrics are questionable, but kanye and Ty keep a good cheeky way of delivering on this album and i quite like it.
best song: Carnival, Burn, or Stars (back to me is also really good)
worst song: vultures

well, here’s the front runner for the album of the year. absolutely stunning and beautiful moments are brought to this record with some of the best noise rock and ambient songs i’ve heard in the last bit
i think the most beautiful part about this album are the smooth jazz sounding instrumentals that blossom into a progressive song

czarface caught my attention with the eddie brock feture last year and kept my attention with the entertaining bars and performances. reads as some music i would listen to abt 5 years ago with my dad on our way to a comic store

i didn’t necessarily expect the most wonderful album of all time from 21, and i think this album has some good cuts. the majority of it is just the fact most of the album sounds similar and it’s not versatile enough. some of these songs could’ve been released as singles and be amazing, but some of these tracks don’t do what i belive the majority of ppl were looking for

this is an album I wish I found when it came out cuz this is exactly the typa stuff I was into 3 years ago. just some chill ass music with really good beats
