I probably won't dabble in this kind of circle again but at the same time I got exactly what I expected... a 15 minute long hardcore punk record with the track's length all being very short. It feels like listening to skits- or just quick ideas with the intention of showing you how they incorporated the song's title into a quick little sound.

Jordaan Mason's voice is very intriguing to me. The quirks it has never bored me a single time despite the slower pace of the album and I always caught myself waiting for the vocals to start during almost every song. I love the poetic nature of the songwriting as well as the word choices used in most analogies even though I interpret almost all analogies in a different way in order to relate to it.

Multiple of these songs have been continuously stuck in my head for some time now. On my first listen to the album I was impressed- but not blown away by the whole album. Probably because of the more laidback-atmospheric feel which the project provides, especially with the very pleasant vocals. But some time has passed and I continuously seek out certain songs from here. It's a beautiful and dark sounding trip-hop album perfect for a night time listen.
