Honestly what a great little journey. Not much to say besides like the little tragedy parts kinda dragged and I think some of the track placement is strange. But honestly it's extremely fun but nothing pass that
What a glorious day to be an Alex G fan
Honestly this album is just a giant mixture of everything Alex has done before him. Great acoustic instruments that mixes with his electronic noises, he's high pitch voice (thank god this doesn't have nearly as much auto tune as his last album) with warm nice beats in between. It's a fun album, and a nice chill down album, some of his best, better than God Save the Animals in my opinion. Highlight track: Real thing

Kimya Dawson shows such a powerful and moving tales of a girl who is very strong and connected with her beliefs and aware of the people around her. I'm to sure if the songs on this track are supposed to be interconnected, but if so it truly shows a growth of a person who has through so much with people. This album contains a nice somber vibe, and some great lyricism, production is a little weak on some points, but besides that everything is packed solid. A must hear in Kimya's ... read more
