while i don't find this to be as interesting as her other two (very underrated) albums, madison still puts together a pretty good pop project and shows a little bit of her talent and versatility. i'm not a huge fan of the edm adjacent direction she was going in with her last few singles, so i'm glad she went back to more mellow production, even if it just feels like a slightly more commercialized version of her last album. nice way to start off the year!
EUSEXUA truly is so many things all at once. the track listing is diverse, full of different moods and sounds, yet it never has a dull moment. the high moment is of course the insane title track, which does a great job of kicking things off. it's atmospheric while also containing dance sensibilities with a perfect build to the climax. overall, EUSEXUA is an experience, and it's even better when you factor in the reissued tracks.
