for the amount of big name features and its length in general, i feel like this album doesnt have enough content to justify being 90 minutes. most of the lyrics are just drake not being able to get over his ex and as a result it feels really bloated and rapidly loses energy after track 5. despite this theres probably a limit to how bad an album with drake and the weeknd can be...? and the highs are high enough to make this worth your time

i dont think ive been so impressed by a piece of music in a long long time. this album really exemplifies everything prog rock should be - futuristic sound, uncommon time signatures, the super unique recordings (the birds chirping in the intro and especially the organ part in the titular track, that hit really hard) as well as the absolutely cathartic crescendos. most of all what i loved about this album is its fun vibe which was really memorable because a lot of the prog rock ive heard takes ... read more

this is a really neat producer album that reminds me of j dilla, normally these arent really my thing but this ep is super short and sweet, i like the chill and reflective vibe and the jazz elements, and the sampling is super super polished. cant wait for the next one
