I did really like this album, but not as much as I was expecting to going into it, especially since this album was right up my alley for the most part. Unfortunately, I found the first disc of the album to be quite a bit weaker than the second. It mostly just comes down to Bloodhail and The Big Gloom, which I thought were pretty grating to my ears. A friend of mine, after a discussion about the Kendrick/Drake beef (specifically The Heart Part 6), suggested that I check out some of Drake's earlier output. So that is what I'm going to do over the next couple of days I suppose.
