One of my most anticipated albums in recent years.
This is like the ultimate evolution of Angel Du$t's sound. Leasing singles The Beat and The Knife hooked me with the heavy hardcore + alt rock vibe but I was then blown away by DU$T. Easily my favourite song on the album followed closely by Nothing I Can't Kill.
Honestly just a really fun, "everything you could want" album. My current AOTY.
I HATED this album when it dropped. Wired was an awful single for me at the time, production was all over the place. HOWEVER. Do yourself a favour if you're struggling with this one; Listen to the album in full, watch the sun go down and let it wash over you.
Definitely going to be a misunderstood project much like Beside Myself but also going to be the next Colormeinkindness.
Standout tracks are Time Waster, Wired (That bridge!!), The Way I Feel, Head Alight, Deadweight, Pick Up The ... read more
Huge debut LP following a super well received EP.
Genuinely don't think there's a single skip on this album.
Standouts: Fading (Best album intro ever), Canada Square, Crickets, Earl Grey, Ellipses (Instrumental but hit me so hard when i was younger), Yoke
Genuinely a defining album for the genre. Only reason it's not 100 is because I find myself skipping the rest of it after Control.
Standouts: Covet, Pine, Spoiled, Whole, Bad Apple
A real sleeper album for me. Didn't listen to it the first 2 years it was out then dove into it over lockdown. Be Here Now is my go-to summer song and just a great track with a great video.
Standouts: Disconnect, Be Here Now, Nothing Left, Ultraviolet, Stigmata
