A friend recommended this to me and idk I think it’s pretty great. You’ll most likely find me enjoying catchy post hardcore bands, and that’s all this is. There are some absolute bangers in the track listing

This album may feature one of the best instrumentals I've ever heard in an album. Just amazing super well written songs, with very simple but great sounding riffs and a perfectly appropriate guitar tone and effect and it all makes so much sense to me
But the vocals are extremely underwhelming. Just extremely weak, barely hitting notes with very few character except when he screams. He sounds nice screaming
This album had so much more potential
Overall, this album is good
I've been recommended this album by every source imaginable. Spotify, friends' recommendations and lots of videos with Covet's hook in the background. So you can imagine how surprised I was to find out Colourmeinkindness slaps so goddamn hard holy shit you guys!
Highlights: ☆Whole☆, Covet, Pine, Breathe, Black, Comfort, Wish
Great overall listening experience, the guitars are wonderfully fuzzy in a way in which the music seems to surround you. The lyrics are catchy and the riffs are interesting. All in all the first half of the album is a but better then the second half but in general great stuff.

i am so thankful for tiktok since covet got really popular on it cuz it would've taken me so long to discover it if it hadn't blown up. that song inflicts so much raw emotion on me
