Fun, explorative progression throughout the album. Colour of the album cover match the rich layers of sound that come from the tracklist.
FIRST LISTEN: What a mad album. Kojaque’s got that Irish charm in buckets, a live wire with a pretty cadence.
FIRST LISTEN: So many moving parts synchronised in beautiful harmony. Tyler showing us the perks of having a vision and doing it all yourself. Respect
FIRST LISTEN: Brutish delivery but Mutina controls it in such a way that her feelings are clearly understood.
FIRST LISTEN: Such a refreshing take on an established British IDM scene, bringing in bits of modern day drill and glitch pop. Visionary.
FIRST LISTEN: Whimsical musings on some pretty mature topics, kind of like an English fusion of Lily Allen and Mac Miller.
FIRST LISTEN: Exciting melody, raunchy verses - a steady party high.
FIRST LISTEN: If Brokeback Mountain was remade (hope not, wont ever match the original), this would be an ideal accompaniment.
FIRST LISTEN: There are some nicely textured rhythms scattered about, but the album lacks consistent inspiration and finds itself reverting to unadventurous loops.
FIRST LISTEN: One of the best soundtracks of all time. It isn't intrusive, yet becomes a character for the story line within itself.
FIRST LISTEN: Summer is on its way as The Coral have hit us with some warm nostalgia that brings together the sounds of The Beatles, The Doors, Small Faces, and a much welcomed blast of Britpop.
FIRST LISTEN: Maybe it’s at times repetitive but at the same time it just means the vibe they’re going for is consistent. It’s your staple adrenaline fuelled indie rock banger.
FIRST LISTEN: You are drowned in a wave of somber neo-sufi, which I'm glad to say I'll be digging into a lot, lot more.
