Despite Elliott being so sad throughout this whole album, the whole experience is one of the most comfiest I've ever been sitting through an album. Elliott's guitar playing skills are excellent. and his vocals fit perfectly over all these instrumentals. The whole album is very simple as well, which plays to its strength. No complicated tricks, just a man with his guitar and his voice.
I’m like 90% sure that at this point that Ye has no clue what’s going on while his team are releasing all his old songs in attempt to go number 1. This whole situation is so unbelievably fucked.
painfully generic and boring coming from one of the most creative minds in the underground, glad he took the response well and went on to make a big improvement from this in bloody angel
One of the most creative albums I've listened to.
This shit fucking slaps. Every song hitting you with intense guitar riffs with absolute raw energy, with memorable and infectious hooks which WILL get stuck in your head. My favourite part of this album is Serj's amazing vocals, as he is probably one of the most complete vocalists I've ever heard. Ranging from a beautiful singing voice to raw and aggressive shouting vocals, it really helps create a versatile experience. The ... read more
such a laid back and chill experience. peggy's talent really shines in both the lyrical and production department as well. not bad at all.
Scottish people should not be allowed to make music this beautiful
Dream pop so good yummy yes yes. An absolute gorgeous experience from front to back, the effortless meshing of sounds from each of the instruments, the basslines, the orgasmic synths, and Liz's incomprehensible but luscious voice, each help contribute to the heavenly ascension that I felt during this album. One great example of this was Frou-frou Foxes in Midsummer Fires, where the first two minutes build up into this ... read more
Don’t lie to yourself the rock cooked on this
The cover perfectly represents what this album's concept is about, a man's decay and rot into a lifestyle of self-destruction, depravity and depression until his eventual breaking point.
Gets a lil sleepy at the end, but is pretty consistent with hard ass bangers and some great more R&B style songs through the first 12 tracks (except for that song with kodak black fuck kodak black).
A tracklist full of fun party bangers, Charli creates extremely catchy hooks placed over amazing electropop production that's bound to get stuck in your head (I've had that 360 beat stuck in my head ever since that Yung Lean remix came out lol). Moments like 'So I' also show off the personal and more vulnerable side of this album, with it being an emotional tribute to SOPHIE. Other tracks such as 'Sympathy is a knife' and 'Rewind' shows Charli putting on her insecurities on full display, ... read more
the 808s on some these tracks could cause a seismic earthquake if played on a big ass speaker
maybe it will grow on me to were i can appreciate it more but i cant get past some of the poor mixxing on some of these tracks
