Milo - who told you to think??!!?!?!?!

You know all those pretentious posts on facebook with people whining about being born "in the wrong generation" and posting memes about how cellphones and the internet are a plague to society? Well it seems Milo decided to make a whole album based on them. At one point on this album he name drops "Pokemon Go". This album came out in August, this August! Nobody has talked about Pokemon Go since last August. I've never heard of an album dating itself so much upon release.

Arca - Arca

Really bad. I feel like I just listened to a guy moan over some lo-fi ambient garage tracks. I'm sure that appeals to someone, but not me, I was bored to tears.

Mount Eerie - A Crow Looked at Me

Lyrically, this album is devastating. However I don't find myself coming back to it very often because musically, it's not very interesting to me. Phil has proved to be a great at expressing complex both lyrically and instrumentally, but on this album he only does one of those. I remember the lyrics, but none of the tunes.

Radiohead - A Moon Shaped Pool

Not a bad album, but every time I listen to it I feel like there's something missing. The songs seem like they are right there and you're getting the gist of them upon first listen. With repeated listens, there's not much else to discover. Although it does pull on the heart strings more than any other Radiohead album.

Radiohead - The King of Limbs

I can't wait for the day when everybody realizes that this is Radiohead's best album.
