easily worst album cover and worst album, still YMO, but feels like they got back together without a lot of heat or ideas. my pockets do be full of rainbows tho

Edit: (65 -> 68): I do like the ambient qualities of some of the tracks. But again I just think the basic electronica sound is much less impressive than on previous works and they don't take this album to impressive new territory such as on Technodelic.
