One of the comments here called the album voyeuristic that's exactly the feeling I've got. The music is not bad (not particularly great either), but the vocals leave a very spontaneous, raw and sincere impression, which is both an interesting effect and as annoying as listening to someone vocalizing their to-do list can be.
