Add this to the list of parties that I have been unbelievably late for.
This album is fucking phenomenal and yet it sticks in my head mostly because Spinal Meningitis scared the absolute shit out of me growing up.
This was, if memory serves, one of the first Ween records I heard - so there is a tremendous amount of nostalgia tied up in it. I think it holds up though, honestly.
While it probably shouldn't be your first foray into the world of Ween, there is something really special about this.
Its kind of amazing to see a band have such a clear sense of themselves even this early in their career.
