Kid Cudi - Free

His best since MOTM3, happy for him.

Submarine,
Mr. Miracle
And Truman Show will be in my playlists all summer long.

The Strokes - Going Shopping

TNA must I’ve been a fluke, it’s the only good thing they’ve ever done

Sun Kil Moon - Benji

His melancholy voice and soft guitar and horn arrangements are hitting in the sublime British sunlight. Oh this tenderloin summer… I hope this summer inspires me to write about things on the contrary to Mark. But even so, he does write beautifully.

Lil Yachty - Let's Start Here.

This still holds up, years past the expiration date of the shock value. His singing is by far the worst part of this record, and without it could’ve been even better. However, it wouldn’t be the same album, despite its obvious influences and many collaborators, it still feels authenticly Boat, so who knows.

I’ve officially lost vision still remains a 10/10, what a delightful trip that song is.

Alex O'Connor - Don't Tell Me If It's Ending - Demo

Not even glazing my philosophy goat, one of the most beautiful songs I’ve ever heard, especially the chord progression and how intimate it all feels.

To talk about the chord progression again, wow, their use of tension is masterful, really perfect. Maybe I’m beefing hyperbolic but I don’t think I’ve heard better, I hear and feel every note, in tandem with his melody. Again, masterful.

Oversight is an absolute heater, love the guitars and dual vocals

Kanye West - BULLY

He made Yeezus, now he makes this. Uninspired.

All the Love is the only thing that gets close to that Ye magic, but even then, it still falls flat.

Donda’s and Ye’s conversation is very touching I must say.

BTS - ARIRANG

WOW WOW WOW

All of you are a bunch of boring bastards!

This is my first BTS record - First K-Pop record, and I’m thoroughly impressed and kinda hooked?

I listened to this today because a girl I fancy loves this band (we have since chatted about it) and I did not think I was going to like it at all; I was very wrong.

I assumed it would be boring overproduced chart slop, although we don’t get much of that anymore thanks to TikTok and its ability to lift indie artists into the ... read more

RAYE - Click Clack Symphony.

Sorry - 925

Most underrated band of all time, truly unique and extraordinary album, let alone debut.

If you haven’t checked them out, this is your calling.

Various Artists - HELP(2)

Not a bad track on here, that last dinner party song might be my favourite of theirs. Big up War Child, James Ford and the rest of the talent on here.

Dabeull - Messages From The Stars

They turned what was magic, into something even more transcendent, no other song makes me want to dance more, it is a must! A need!

The Rah Band - Messages from the Stars

One of the best songs I’ve ever heard. It is bliss. Makes me feel gold.

Holybrun and Dabeull’s remix is somehow even better.

EsDeeKid - Century

“I’m the male version of ecstasy”

Can’t tell if that’s the best or worst bar of the year.

EsDeeKid - Rebel

Rare quality not commonly found in the new wave of underground rappers (imo of course…)

4 Raws is nasty

Magdalena Bay - Second Sleep / Star Eyes

Second Sleep is up there for their best song, transcendent everytime.

"@Zelvan Listen mate, you've been out the womb 5 minutes and think you know how to differentiate between highly produced content and the Bluey soundtrack. Come back to it in 5 years when you've had some life experiences, listened to something not recorded on an iPhone 12 that's been uploaded to soundcloud, gain a bit of perspective and have recovered from the PTSD from cocomelon and skibidi toilet, ok pal. You speak of "the worst of them" yet here you are with the lamest attempt at criticism you've just pulled from the 8th realm of your rectum because you're desperate to have an opinion. Grow up a bit and learn to use your brain before posting silly little comments, kiddo."
