Idk if this is needed but just in case TW: Suicide, Hypersexuality, Grooming, Pedophilia
I only started listening to this album about a month ago and I am so glad I did. This album has been on my mind constantly ever since I've listened to it. There is something about it that just draws me in so much. This is probably the most raw album I have ever listened to both sonically and emotionally. It speaks to me in such a strong way that no album has done to me before. Before I get into some ... read more
This is the definition of a short and sweet album (sorry Sabrina 😢) One of my favorite Hip-Hop Duos ever team up for a collab tape where they go for a spiritual, ethereal sound. This was done at a time where they were both in a spiritual stage of their lives, so it works out perfectly. Before I talk about the music, I have to mention the album art, because it is absolutely beautiful. It’s one of those covers that match the music perfectly. The colors and the abstract ghosts and ... read more
This is a very strong deluxe, admittedly the rollout of this deluxe with all the digital download stuff was stupid, but still, these are all very quality songs that could’ve easily replaced some of the mediocre songs from the album. DIFFERENT DAY, 2024, and BACKR00MS were and still are bangers, and the beat on FOMDJ sounds absolutely insane (I think it is funny though how the only reason it was put on here is cus it got gb’d 😭) But yeah, very epic sauce deluxe.

After edging his fan base for years, carti finally decided to let us cum 🙏 But was it worth the wait? I mean no, I don't think any music is really worth that much wait unless it's a masterpiece, but nonetheless I really enjoy this album, and I enjoy the variety of sounds Carti showcases. On tracks like POP OUT and MUNYUN, he builds around the sound of Whole Lotta Red while still making the songs unique to the album in their own ways. At the same time, there are tracks like I ... read more
I still remember back a few years ago when I kept seeing this cover art at my local Best Buy. The record sat there for a long time, and every time I went to Best Buy and saw it, I became more and more intrigued. The strange cover really drew me in before I even had a chance to hear the music. At this time in my life, I wasn't really interested in music too much. Sure I sang in choirs and my dad was a musician, but I only really listened to OSTs from games, and the only album I had ever ... read more
I've sat with this album for about 2 months, and it genuinely is baffling how this was considered release-ready, especially the version that released on the 3rd. VULTURES 2 is a complete mess and a huge fuck you to fans of Ye for many reasons. First off, the horrid release version of this album. The mixing on the first version of this album genuinely made it unlistenable for me. I am not picky when it comes to mixes, but there were some mixes that were unforgivable, such as LIFESTYLE, ... read more
