fakemink is a UK underground rapper to make some of the finest cloud rap ive ever heard with this
production doesnt miss on any song, love the transitions between songs

i feel like darkskin manson is JPEGMAFIA's most misunderstood project, this carries on the vibe of his previous album "communist slow jams" but is way more gritty and dark on the production side and as a whole carves a more threatening atmosphere with the violent, clear and edgy lyrics - clearly fueled by the freddie gray protests happening in baltimore at the time of the making of darkskin manson

some really great songs on here although some are just "filler", but the ... read more

Devon Hendryx - JOECHILLWORLD

despite a youthful and free jpegmafia still attempting to find his style throughout his albums, it seems like this album culminates what comes off dreamcast summer songs and generation Y, just with way better execution from generation y

first of all, id say this album is the second best in the devon catalogue next to the ghost~pop tape, every song has a vaporwave/cloudy feeling that pairs well with how laid back his voice is on some of these tracks.

the tracklist is more of traditional ... read more

never ever heard something like this dreamscape, i cant even pinpoint what genre this is, it blends between lo-fi, rap, alternative r&b and ambient pop and yet devon nails all 4 so consistently with immaculate vocals and harmonies along with the haunting and ethereal production throughout the entirety of the album e.g. god bless my homegirls (to take one out of 22 songs on the original)

blends between themes of suicidal thoughts, sexual frustration and loneliness and that alone culminates ... read more

Devon Hendryx - DREAMCAST SUMMER SONGS
100

an early glimpse into the start of JPEGMAFIA's defined and innovative music career starts here, [dreamcast summer songs], credited to be one of the first vaporwave albums (unintentionally)

not much to be said, its a instrumental album but that absolutely doesnt mean that this thing still SLAPS
this album consists of 6 songs, mostly long and consist of multiple beats that more or less segway into one another and it does its job perfectly at doing so

in terms of the actual songs, the ... read more
