It is wild. It’s heavy, hypnotic, and weirdly spiritual at the same time. Feels less like listening to an album and more like going through some kind of ritual. It’s exhausting, but when it hits, it’s unreal. swans sound like they’re tearing the whole thing down just to rebuild it from noise. Bring the Sun / Toussaint L'Ouverture was just going for forever and i dont mean that it's a bad thing.
so yeah, currently the strongest swans record that i've ... read more
Well... some of the songs are very good. But album as a whole doesn't work together very well and is bland.
One Vision is perfect opener for concerts with that build up and high energy.
A Kind of Magic is classic pop song which I love, and it got second life during Magic Tour.
Who Wants to Live Forever is one of Queen's best songs.
Don't Lose Your Head on the other hand is one of the worst Queen songs.
Half of the songs are good, some meh, and some bad.
fun, fun, and once again fun, an album with vibes, catchy and clearly made for not sitting or standing still
I'm not the person who enjoys this type of vocals, but melodies were absolutely top tier.
Overall very solid record, first of Deafheaven that I listened. Packed with rage and anger, so when you're feeling like that - then it's the perfect album to listen to.
Hmm, this album (apart from like 3 songs) sounds like a generic 80's rock/metal band, you almost can't hear that Sabbath sound. It isn't that good, and isn't bad either, just a pure definition of mid.
I can't count how many times I played this album when I was not at my best in terms of romantic relations.
Beautiful voice, peak instrumentals.
Fave track changes all the time.
Warm, intimate, and kind of seductive. Like OK Computer, but with skin and breath.
My favourite Bowie album. Just pure masterpiece of a dying man that transformed his death into art. Bowie blends jazz, art rock, and electronics into something that feels both calculated and deeply personal. It’s a layered, focused record that plays like a farewell – not sentimental, but precise and fully in control of its message and form.
Low marks a significant departure from Bowie’s previous sound, embracing a more experimental approach. The album is split between the energetic, fragmented post-punk tracks on Side A and the atmospheric, ambient compositions on Side B. This contrast highlights Bowie’s ability to merge the raw with the introspective, creating a unique sonic landscape that still carries emotional weight. While the album may not have the immediate accessibility of his earlier work, its influence on the ... read more

Starless is my favourite song of all time.
It's one of those records, that you can listen over and over, and still not get bored over it.
It just slaps so hard. Production is top notch. One of the best rap albums I've ever heard
Life On Mars is still one of my fave Bowie tracks, I often sing it in the shower, buuut I think it's better when no one hears it. I love that piano fade out in the outro.
Stay is one of the grooviest and funkiest songs I know.
Word on a Wing is beautiful.
Although it's not the side effects of the cocaine, Station to Station is my fave Bowie song. TVC15 also absolutely slaps.
Heroes is one of the best songs ever created (saying that as completly non-biased Bowie fan), Fripp's guitar does wonders in this track.
As for V-2 Schneider, it's catchy but one of weaker songs on Heroes, and that's why I can't give a 100
