this is my top 5 karaoke song! My friends say I'm old-fashioned. they say I listen to cavemen music. Probably cuz they're rotten humans like those depicted in this song. I bet they have radiation poisoning (sorry if u find my account)
I love the part where it gets all funky with sampling. It's very fun in karaoke, singing the samples even though the words don't appear on the screen. I even learned the japanese bit! I wish this song lasted forever.
Gira is @ the door. Gira who? Gira diating with purely positivity
this album is an embodiment of progress in the hands of the corrupt. I have never heard a rock album more reliant on studio manipulations & effects. the rock is no longer recognizable. this collection of food & clothing anthems conveys a bleak dystopia terrorized by humanity's foolishness;not unlike those seen in Godzilla or Eraserhead. there is nothing pure left in this world
alligator banging on trash cans: I hate your guts! lol
After some introspecting i apologize for my swans review for just as the midwest princess i have fallen i mean no harm to mr.gira or his fans i will not delete it & i stand by my words in repentance iwill listen to this album every. day

I think this album is full of fake club anthems, I don't know why she keeps talking about clubbing. I wouldn't hear any of these songs @ the club. It's okay though. ... read more
this album is almost rlly nice very lounge/tradpop thing going on but it's so clearly conveyed thru modern production techniques. Would compliment the lounge style better if these tracks were reworked for single takes with a live band. The song structures are effected by the album's modernity aswell, like it borrows jazz/lounge idioms & splices them into certain moments rather than being present throughout. feels very unorganic which is sorta contradictory to its themes ... read more
circa~2011 living near Imagine Dragons' hometown I once was graced by their heavenly appearance. My friend pointed in awe; xey shouted to me: "OMG it's the imagine dragons!" "where?" I respond; Opening my curtains I fainted @ the sight of their iconic 'it's time' EP era tour bus as if I'd seen the chariot of the LORD. (I had an inexplicable tendency to faint as a child) 'it's time' was a huge local hit @ the time before their ... read more
Sometimes people think they must be the saddest person on earth. Even though they have never been incarcerated in the concentration camp @ Auschwitz, have never lost everything they have ever known to war or natural disaster, have never been impaled by an industrial metal pole; They believe they must be the saddest human. Even now, there are children who die having never tasted chocolate. However, the smaller the world one lives in, the deeper & stronger their sorrow can grow. It's like ... read more
this one is for all the girlies for sure. Let's club
I cherish this album forever & ever, if/when it dies I will hold its corpse in my loving arms until its rotting smell becomes 2 much to bare. I will then bury it under the family cherryblossom tree. ❤️
To all of the Spectrum Pulse fans rate-bombing this beautiful work of art, I curse you with a hatred equivalent to a nazi, a 9/11 terrorist, or a US soldier in vietnam.
I'm afraid you've all been fooled.. In terms of genuine artistry & expression Clancy is no different from Scaled & Icy; It's merely disguised better. DEMA (Fueled by Ramen) is still in control of Twenty One Pilots & many other bands (need not I mention what they did to the front bottoms) in essence this album is lacking in authenticity, hardcore spirit, &/or queerness just as their previous efforts sans self titled & deep cuts.
From the very beginning of this album there ... read more
I can't help but sense this dark atmosphere is manufactured & forced; A rhinestone endeavor into the 2nd cave of Satan (i have seen worse). I thought this might be dope for the first few minutes I listened, then I realized those vocals aren't samples, they're actually coming out of this guy. & it's like that the whole time! Why does he constantly try to sound so dark & mysterious ?? You just sound like a satanic swedish cloud rapper. Let some sunshine & sincerity into your soul ... read more
3.15.20 was special to me. I spent a lot of time with it when it released; Listened dozens of times. Considering it was a covioid-era album I'm not alone. I've seen a lot of people upset about it being removed from streaming services. Replacing it with this is an insult. Childish Gambino foolishly ruined 3.15.20 by removing everything that made it great. it was an experience; A misunderstood masterpiece. This neutered version lacks the crunch, the gusto; Coarse concrete architecture now ... read more
I was never impressed by this album in the past. 'Its mess is expansive' I thought to myself. Rather than dwell on the negatives I decided to try & see it from a new light. A Latinx friend of mine shares a passion for music - Xey often insist on helping me understand Spanish lyrics. I thought I may be enlightened by Mr.Gurstavo's poetry.
Just as I'm thinking 'this isn't as bad as I remember' my friend stares at me; dumbfounded. Xey cite the translation to me.. & I quote: ... read more
A monolithic black sphere eclipses a setting sun over the city, a spectacle to behold; One More Time emitting from its core. It's a rambunctious track centered around a grating, unharmonious vocoder. The iconic death toll chime is clearly heard, followed by a digital guitar solo;Signifying the life of house music & what it stands for is 6 feet under. Daftpunk, in their universal conquest, have lost sight of what DANCE MUSIC truly is, despite using it as their foundation. Far behind them is ... read more
"People have said that electronic music lacks personality. Perhaps.." said the pitchfork; So certain of its perception. I beg to differ. I can read between the tines & tell you it's full of malarkey.
Orbital may have struck gold with their breakout 'Halcyon & on & on'; I'll forever treasure its hypnotic ether. However in this LP they've lost touch with the spirit of Jack. With each prog melody, with each "strum of the guitar"(I say doubtfully) it strays ... read more
Just as they look ashamedly toward a beautiful pinetree; (a simulacra of all that is grounded & natural), the gecs tactlessly derive elements from existing genres & styles throughout the history of music in this insidious exercise of appropriation. Despite their wide range of influences the gecs fail to create an identity of their own. Please seek guidance from true labored musicians.learn the hardship & restraint required for pure art.
Do not be lulled by "Earth"2's roly-poly amplifications. I once put this LP on repeat during one of my many meditation-naps.. There is nothing earthly about this recording. It's an otherworldly vessel. In my vision I saw a man in a cloak cast a viscerally evil spell on me. Never before have I experienced this. "Earth"2 does not grant the familiar warmth of a cat's purrs such as Radigue's Trilogie De La Mort. Nor does it recount the simple beauty of roosters roaming freely; ... read more
