Still I might have a little bit of nitpicking mixing-wise as per their last project, but I really like this one. Cool world building, lyrics and overall sound.
Despite its name ("a visit to wintry Shiribetsu"), this EP feels like a warm hug. With frail piano and guitar melodies + lush synth & string soundscapes, it really captures a sleepy, yet very unique vibe.
Went into this blind, and got a pretty good, enjoyable pop record. A cool, clean sound, nice vocals and a distinct vibe throughout the whole thing.
Funkiest EP of the year? I agree with the statement. Joe Dart's bass swag levels are at all-time high and still rising.
This EP feels like a sweet little snack. piri's lovely vocals + Tommy's dnb/junglish production is always a treat to listen to. A nice step in the right direction for the future.
There is a great mini-documentary that Riot made on the music of Arcane, and I highly recommend anyone to watch it. It really makes you appreciate it more.

As for this season's soundtrack; there isn't a single song I've disliked from it. Every track compliments the picture pleasantly, and I don't care if it comes as corny. I'm a sucker for this kind of stuff. Arcane has cemented itself as one of my favourite pieces of ... read more
A big bag of bangers. Very varied in genres, pretty straightforward with the vibes.
Silly little VIP album. Enjoyable, but definitely not as much as the original. imo it's a step-down from all these awesome ideas.
Dark, gritty, grimey. Everything is so fluid here, from the sound selection, through production, down to the little things like transitions. Sick experience.
As a total newbie in the Linkin Park albums, I really dig this. Emily Armstrong can really sing.
This album is definitely not for me. It just sounds "off", I don't know how to explain it well. Feels like there is so much wasted potential on this project.
Musically, this sounds like an extension of "CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST". Didn't expect him to get really serious on here, but I'm enjoying it. Hell yeah.
Blissful experimental electronic sound with some juicy jazz fusion elements. Beautifully packed into 30 minutes of absolute top class record. In my opinion, one of the most interesting projects of 2023.
Its strongest and weakest point here is the guitar. At first, it feels unique, but quickly becomes repetitive with each song. The whole project lacks direction. Sounds like just some quick ideas stitched together, that could really shine with some proper polishing. But honestly, that's not a bad thing. I kinda see the vision, but it's far from perfection. Overall a nice vibe.
I just don't understand how Riot Games is a brilliant entertainment company with perfect art, music, series, storytelling, yet still is shit at making and maintaining their games.
Honestly, I expected more from VR. Most of this project is unfortunately a miss for me. I dislike cinematic dubstep with some tribal/exotic elements, and imo it doesn't really translate well here. Don't get me wrong: Valentin is a beast of a producer, but I feel like this project doesn't really have anything really interesting going on. Some of the parts are really catchy and headbangy, but to be honest, I'm kinda left disappointed.
Came upon this record totally empty-minded. I've never heard of Valley before, nor heard any of their music. I must say that I was pretty blown away by this project. Really clean production. Great, kinda nostalgic vibes for me.
