They should've kept the name 'Viet Cong.' This is already their best album

Very listenable, great songs even if the length of certain ones are lacking.

What the hell happened here? Now it's just all generic Indie-mush and the songs are all over the place. Synths are annoyingly ear-piercing and the only good song is the one that closes the album. Maybe there's some decent value healing your ears when you finish it off.

Okay, there's songs that are good (Offering, I Took Your Picture) and then there's ones that are ear-piercing (Nothing Is Written).

It's very hit or miss.

It's not exactly better than their debut, but it's a good album. (its not underrated)
