The Great Annihilator is more simple compared to most of the stuff that came after, but every single song focuses on fantastic songwriting, some of the catchiest hooks in the band's discography, and phenomenal playing throughout the whole 16 tracks. And there is absolutely no filler in any of these 16 tracks, each one feels like it deserved to be on the album, even the shorter tracks like My Buried Child, or the instrumental Warm, they still do add quite a lot to the overall experience. ... read more

Such an incredible experience. This is even better than Geogaddi to me. The production feels so full, these songs are paced incredibly well, and it's overall just such an incredible listen.

One of the best albums of the year so far. The lyrics punch, the production is great, and it's just a really well put together album. THE WORLDWIDE SCOURGE is honestly one of the best songs this year so far. I do think 4LIFE kinda killed the momentum of the album for me, and it didn't really add much to the album, but other than that, this is just some really good stuff.
