I originally listened to this last year to try and get into Bladee's music. That was definitely a mistake, but now that I have listened to almost all of his music this is a lot better than I remembered. Deletee, Ebay, and Unreal are some of the best Bladee songs. I only expect this to grow on me even more.
I always liked the title track, but listening to the whole thing made me a little disappointed.
I have never listened to a full Mac Miller project and with the release of Faces on streaming services, I decided to give it a listen. It reminded me a lot of Danny Brown's XXX in its themes of drug abuse and that general lifestyle. I found all of the songs enjoyable and had a good flow. My only complaint is that the mixtape is an hour and a half which is normally something I avoid. However, it did keep my attention and I definitely will return to this.
The extra songs are so good, it really brings it to the next level.
Favorite tracks: HAZARD DUTY PAY!, THOT'S PRAYER!, OG!, TIRED, NERVOUS & BROKE!, DIKEMBE!
Least Favorite: None, but if I had to choose maybe NEMO! or END CREDITS!
I played this song on repeat while beating dark souls and I think it contributed to my success.
2nd favorite black flag album. Some of the last few songs kinda drag on but still very enjoyable.
My favorite Black Flag album and has some of their best hits and doesn't feel dragged out too much.
I really like this album and I have a lot of good memories attached to it. However, I can understand why some might not like it since not every song is amazing on this album.
So pure yet troubled. My personal theory with this album is that it follows Daniel dealing with sin and finally killing his unholy side only to be reborn on the last track.
