Edit: Yep, this is now by far my favorite mixtape of aII time

So I relistened to this mixtape for the first time in months and gosh it was not easy at all I promise but all I gotta say is that this is one of the most beautiful and haunting mixtapes of all time.

Mac Miller muses about his drug use, constant depression, and lost love on his behemoth of an abstract hip-hop record simply titled “Faces”. The soulful production mixed with the vivid and expressive lyrics from Mac and his features are awesome, and bring a whole new light to Mac’s unfortunate passing.

Mac Miller's greatest project. From start to finish, the album brings the listener on a drug fuelled journey into the life of an addict who's on the verge of fully understanding their issues and realizing the complete determent that drug use and bad habits have on one's life.

Mac Miller's rapping is at it's peak on this album, and even the singing tracks are hard hitting. The beats are also something to cherish. The only issue one might find with this album is the length, sitting at 24 ... read more
