I don’t get the hate. Yeah, the OG Beach Life-In-Death is a masterpiece, and this ain’t as good as it, but it’s far from horrible.

When I first listened to this, I didn’t understand how people thought it was better than For the First Time. A second listen revealed me to be a fool who deserves to be killed with hammers. This is one of my top albums now. Basketball Shoes is one of the most gut wrenching songs there is.
