FAVORITE TRACKS: Feelin' It, Dead Presidents II

Finally finished ts. Both sides of this album were pretty equal in quality. The Gift's highs were better than The Curse however. All Around the World is a rare example where the rapping actually saves the beat. Poppin Tags is an absolute banger. Some of these other tracks (especially the last couple of songs) reek of the generic slop Jay Z has served us on his "In My Lifetime" series.

Extremely disappointing, ESPECIALLY when it comes to production. People were calling this one of the best produced albums ever. The production sounds disjointed and all over the place. Kanye is especially guilty of this with the songs he produced. Just Blaze knocked it out of the park as usual.
