🔁 jack antonoff's influence is very prominent, and this doesn't sound like a typical 1975 album. this is objectively probably their most palatable album and deviates noticeably from their usual sound, but that is NOT a bad thing i ate ts up when it dropped; admittedly, i do prefer their older sound compared to this, but despite everything this record truly is GREAT. the 1975 you are so loved by me please come back i miss you guys
