the best of tv girl and worst of george clanton (outside of that nick hexum album) meet right in the middle at a 7, with some obvious standouts like summer 2000s baby and everything blue and some other songs that don't live up to the potential. because there IS potential, i dont like tv girl's vocalist or writing but most of the time their instrumentals are amazing
this song finally clicked for me even if the first beat still isnt great. shit got me really really excited for the album
not to say cole's performance wasnt incredible but i would've preferred this as a solo rocky song. the shift is a bit jarring and cole's feature could've fit great on highjack, lyrically, flow, energy. still, one of my favorite produced rocky songs and i dont say that lightly
i like current joys' older shit but relistening to this, its the most unlikeable amalgamation of noises. and carti is fucking corny
i love this and wrk but idk how people can find the wrk chorus annoying and this just fine π
finishes right when it was getting started, egypt is great. fuck that first track too. the rest are pretty good, production is amazing as always
this shit just changed my life i havent had this much fun listening to music in ever i think
jev what's happening cmon
his voice and flow doesn't fit with the beat at all and something about the mixing sounds so cheap
the vocal hook is fine i guess, doesnt do much for me
i genuinely dont understand how you can fit so much killer in just 35 minutes. what a condense and perfect album experience. please drop king π
why is sideways mixed like dogpiss π otherwise the first three tracks are some of my favorites from my goat, so a little disappointed that the album loses its tracks near the end but eh its still incredible
could take or leave most of the 2nd disc, but the additions to disc one are great. i thought i liked protect the cross already but jesus fucking christ the album version is amazing, jordan rules a close second. yuh thanks peggy
