The first song is so good but the quality drops off a cliff after that
Probably the best ambient album I've ever heard, holy shit this thing is beautiful.
it's really cool that this album exists, and there are so many interesting ideas, but I unfortunately don't see myself returning to this anytime soon
Really well written, the discussions of gender dysphoria were painfully relatable as someone whose egg has recently cracked, and is suddenly very scared of the world around her.

This has been pretty much the only thing I've been listening to for the past week. It tears me apart, but it is also really comforting. I might do a proper review of this sometime, because I don't think I've ever related to an album more in my life.
Mary Hopkin creates one of the most creative and fun to listen to albums of the year. With a large focus on orchestral instrumentals, it's impressive that, with the exception of some input from her family members, all 18 songs are written and performed by Hopkin herself. At the age of 75, Hopkin continues to display a seemingly endless stream of creativity. The songs here are downright gorgeous, and her vocals are amazing, going for a more atmospheric approach that complement the ... read more
Catherine Howe has an amazing voice, but the songs themselves unfortunately just aren't there to back it up
Pretty much a less polished, less finished sounding version of what we had on "Mambo Nassau" Lizzy Mercier-Descloux still kills it with her performance, so it isn't all bad. That being said, you aren't missing anything by skipping this album and going straight for "Mambo Nassau".
Thanks @Defiano for sending me your album!
This sounds like a much better version of your previous album, the rapping is a lot better, and the production is a massive upgrade, with great uses of sampling (I especially liked what I think is a Minnie Riperton sample on the last track). I thought songs like "Fall For Nothing" were really well written.
Thank you @Marshall4Real for sending me your new song!
Kinda sounds like a combination of a lot of other styles I've seen you do, it's a really cool and fun listen throughout, great job.
Patti Smith was the first concert I ever went to when I was 6, and she was one of the first ever music "stars" I was ever aware of. Even though it's taken me time to revistit this album, I'm happy to say that it's still a great listen. One thing that stood out to me was how cool I thought her delivery was, it's really unique to a lot of other stuff I've heard from around this time. A lot of it feels like a fusion of spoken word and singing, and it works to ... read more
I actually really like the super experiemntal moments like "Pulk / Pull Revolving Doors". To me, it's what puts the album above just being a collection fo Kid A throwaways. That being said, when taken as a whole, I don't think this really holds a candle to their two previous albums. It just has much less highpoints of those albums, but I still appreciate this album for having a distinct sound.
