I completely forgot about DoMorr the past few months of my life and didn't bother to actually review any of the new stuff he's been up to. Anyways, this is one of the many songs DoMorr has released as part of the reissue of Cycles, and honestly, it's mid? But let's look at it from a better perspective: this is 10 TIMES BETTER than the entirety of Cycles itself.
Despite a few flaws in the instrumental, the song shows heavy improvement from an artist like DoMorr who had the ... read more
surprisingly, I really see the vision and it's a good song, ggs oliver, I really think it was nice.
the most deceiving track from the album but the production is still satisfying
"Have you ever listened to a track and the only reaction you can get out is 'no' ?"
Two words, Actually Romantic.
LOVEJOY HAS PEAKED AGAIN I FEAR.
Hey guys, it's me, your early reviewer guy ! Always with my little New Zealand VPN.
There will be no intentional spoilers in this first review, I'll try to make it as vague as I can (even tho I really can't), the best you can do to not get spoiled is to not read this review.
Anyways, what's up with this LP to make it peak? Well a lot of instrumentation that goes along the same path as POABS, the usage of many instruments aside from the ... read more
I fear that Lord Madeon has peaked again.
Goddamn, I'm about to say something which is kind of weird to say now but I'll say it: I did not care for the songwriting on Good Faith.
Therefore, this track absolutely amazed me. I wasn't too hopeful for this era but this gave me the envy to go skate on Skate. and much more.
CONGRATULATIONS MADEON, YOU'VE DONE IT AGAIN
Don't ask how I got it early, I just got it early.
As always, reminder to be gentle on your reviews, we're rating music here not people!
Quite frankly, and in all honesty, HOLY FUCK. It's definitely not the same thing than with With Rob As My Witness. It has a strategy, an undefined pattern, it goes so damn well altogether that I didn't manage to find a single term which would match the expression HOLY FUCK.
Of course, I'd blame a bit of the mixing which isn't ... read more
Very chill intro that then turns into some chill rap/indie pop tracks, we've really came a point where Dom is making music that has its proper image and vision. It feels nostalgic without feeling too old or vintage. I'm EXCESSIVELY hyped over the mixtape coming.
All Hands Of Deck: 80/100
Aftermath: 90/100
Smile: 80/100
There is no doubt for me at this point that this album is going to fill my depressive playlists.
And that it's going to be good.
you guys are mean, this is nice
it pisses me off how many people hate on this song, it's good and produced in a specific context which is different than the average studio context, so obviously it's not gonna be the average song
as a reminder, this was produced with beast being given lines to say and then Joyca had to meticulously rearrange
this is a process Joyca was doing in late 2016 with his username Youtunes where he'd take youtubers extracts of videos and make a song ... read more
