It's so wack too, his flow is the exact same on every song like he's trying to be Eminem or something and it just doesn't work because the vocals are drowned out by his creative production choices (essentially poor mixing)
Thus this album gets the same rating from me as Bully. Probably Peggy's worst album but I have to give Black Ben Carson a rating
I remember the first time I ever tried listening to a JPEGMAFIA album I put on Veteran heard this beat and instantly knew peggy was the goat
An instant classic in my book. The production here is genuinely fucking top notch. Owosu's voice and mic presence is amazing, the styles bounce between hardcore hip-hop to synth funk to punk to like indietronica??? I mean the dude that did all the production here has credits on Welcome to the Madhouse... how
im done with the bad music reviews for now. one of the most emotional songs of all time, andre's verse is legitimately probably a top 3 hip-hop verse ever in terms of raw emotion and storytelling and if you haven't choked up even a little bit at this song you don't have a soul

Normally I would shit on this song but it holds a place in my heart because when I was 8 I lowkey danced in the rain to my mom playing this song and I have the video of it and it's cute asl so I can't in good conscious give this track a 0 like it deserves
