We all know the cow is one of his best songs and definitely holds the ratting for this album up, but there's plenty more on offer here. The Almighty has a really cool beat. Ringside rocking is great, I love the guitar runs on the beat and west just raps relentlessly over it, even if it feels like he's just talking while rhyming. Mr Fuji feels weird it's not normal to have such a rock oriented beat for Westside Gunn and I wouldn't expect it to work, but the electric guitar feels really cool, ... read more
I feel like this project is really good there isnt a bad track (out side the outro) in sight but none of these feel like essentails in the griselda discog this is just an enjoable mixtape with some cool tracks.
favorites: GiGI's , Big luther freestyle , My 1st Drako and Evidence joint
worsts: John Bena and Ready Made (Ready Made isnt bad just an alright song but is severly bought down by the kiesha plum outro)
its hard to find flaws with this project. The intro unlike most westside gunn intros works as i think it esablishes this albums themes of luxury and fine art that is seen through out this album. No vacancy Is a perfect intro as it imidetly esablish the sense of luxury with this lushos piano layerd ontop of atmospheric and lush strings and features West talking about coke and stuff its a great contrast and a sigh of what to expect. George bondo is a gritty banger. I dont need to talk about 327 ... read more
Little dated but a sweet EP I wish it was longer but still good and worth checking out(I used to have a dog shit review of this I can't be bothered to re review this)
Scare face vs sosa is fine the rest is boring. There’s not that much hear for an 11 minute project
It’s like a nothing sandwich I just don’t care about this it’s forgettable and replaceable with all most anything else Conway has done
There’s like 2 good songs those being the one with black thought and 98 sabers the rest range from mediocre or bad
I should like this less but it gets better with every listen what’s going on I don’t like this.
Not for me I feel like certain tracks feel like there missing something the worst of this being tears I feel like the bass line is like it idk but it feels empty, but my worst gripe is that most of the tracks are boring like rumble or something. Only tracks I care about are Ratata ( but I’d rather just listen to the original mr ozio song ) and hydrated
really exited to this b side album both singles were good this ones even better
Not all that special Doc Ellis has a therapy geko sample witch is funny. I don’t care about this ep that much. The track much dose mushrooms once is so bad. Eghhh project tbh
consiting of drum machines synth basses and layers upon layers of guitar this album is one of the most ahead of its time albums to be created, worth a listen from any nerd who uses this website
No skips one of the best records from the 2010s. Jay z has personal lyrics regarding his relation ship with Beyoncé and more shit. Moonlight talks about fake gangsters and stuff. I can’t pick favorites for this record it’s extremely quality and worth a listen for any self respecting rap fan
I don’t get the hype there a couple good song but umm for some of the best to touch a mic this is beyond disappointing.
Joey can make a killer verse without noticing but this album dosent have that may returnable tracks and despite it has only 1 actually bad track most of it is filler and I just can’t give it a green score for the life of me
