Of the Freddie Gibbs albums I've listened to (Piñata, Bandana & Alfredo), this is by far the most mediocre. The loss of Madlib and The Alchemist are felt heavily as none of the production on You Only Die 1nce provides anything unique or interesting. Gibbs tries to incorporate the devil into album but is done in a manner that feels corny and pointless. A very enjoyable listen. The current generation of emerging pop artists such as Olivia Rodrigo and Chappell Roan have me excited to see where the sound of pop will be headed in the coming years

This is my first album from Halsey, and I came in with relatively low expectations as I’ve only heard her most popular hits.
