heard about half of this album before it dropped since i'm constantly seeing this band live, the studio translations are just about perfect. they had a lot to live up to after their debut record and on my first few listens i was unsure how I thought it compared, but now I genuinely do think this is the better album. also very happy that korgan and david are officially part of the band now lol, about time.

my favorite project from this band since plastic beach, this album is so beautiful. the singles set my expectations very high and the rest of the album didn't disappoint at all. I love the sound direction they went for on this thing so much, i knew what i was in for as soon as the intro track started. this is how you do posthumous releases the right way. wow.

very fun album, but some songs do tend to blend together too much for my liking, that was kind of my opinion on femytanl's music previous to this album release as well. some super sick tracks here though, especially video nasty, love that wonder showzen sample at the end lol.
