It's pretty funny with some of the bars. On a serious note, the production is pretty good and hard hitting but can feel repetitive at times. The rapping is well done, and the overall vibe gives off a really mean feel, which aligns with the mixtape's intent, so it accomplished that effectively.
I want to start by acknowledging that I am fully aware of the situation between Alice and Ethan, and I approached this album with that context in mind.
“III” gave me one of the darkest listening experiences I’ve had, whether through the lyrics, the intense, eerie synths, or the knowledge of the events that happened behind the scenes. This album is undeniably their only 'great' one and personally one of my favorite albums overall. This is extremely well-made, and I enjoyed every second. I first want to start off by saying how incredible the production is, even with Jordan leaving the band. The songs he did produce on this album are just as remarkable. The rest of the band was killer, from the heavy riffs to the hard-hitting drums and the perfectly placed drum fills.
Second, I want to highlight how amazing Oli's vocals are on this album. The singing is superb as always, but the mids and lows are also outstanding and ... read more
