Pinback is one of my favorite bands of all time, but they struggle with inconsistency. With some of my other favorite bands, songs I consider “skippable” are few and far between. Pinback has made some of my favorite songs of all time, but a lot of it I wouldn’t go back to. That’s why this album stands out so much to me. There isn’t much here I would ever want to skip.
