An imperfect masterpiece, in that, this album should be, like the first New Order album, only eight tracks long. Unlike the first New Order album, this album has one of the least satisfying openers I’ve ever listened to. Had this album began with “All the Way” rather than “Fine Time”, it would be a 90+
