How kpop fans react to reheated gentrified hiphop bc it’s made by cute korean guys ✨ (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶)݁ 🎀˖Ი𐑼⋆ 💗◝(ᵔᗜᵔ)◜🥺🫰⋆˚✿˖°
ngl this album has potential, but since it came from the same corporation that removed its 'We Believe in Music' slogan, I expected it to be ass and it was LMAOOOOO this EP feels like HYBE just throwing things at the wall to see what sticks, but nothing really did
It has stupidly crazy basslines, as well as great melodies and progressions. the lyrics pair with them perfectly, creating a jittery vibe that holds up especially well today like "Once in a Lifetime" being my fml anthem once in a while. I actually didn’t mind the slower second half. yeah, it slows things down, but it exudes a deteriorating/spiraling vibe for me that is very engaging
sabrina stroke the iron while it was hot even tho it sacrificed the quality of this project. its more cohesive than S&S but it almost feel like a parody of that album with constant tiring innuendos in almost every song
perfect mix of not taking itself seriously while still being genuinely fun, also prolly their exploratory work yet sonically rather than just sticking to the beastie boys schtick which heard throughout their career
ukug scene is miles ahead comapared to US, its not even close
yearning for upbeat and funky OPM again and not that synthslop "relapse anthems"
I can already hear the sighs of every H&M worker within a 100-mile radius
