Uh oh..... Looks like we might have a contender for album of the year after hearing this one.
In my opinion, this is one of the most overlooked and underrated albums of 2018, and maybe even of the decade. In a Poem Unlimited is basically a combination of "Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga" and "Heaven or Las Vegas".
I'm not sure rating this could possibly do any justice to it. As Phil Elverum puts it, "This new album is barely music."
I will say, however, that it is one of the most raw, genuine, and haunting albums that you will ever hear.
