*cut to silent crowd, cue crickets.mp3*
singles are all good but this just isnt my kinda nusic. already forgot what half the songs sound like
i go outside too often to properly appreciate this album. Was kinda disapointed after loving cold visions and hearing how it sounded like this tape which sure but Cold Visions does literally everything better most of these songs just kinda come and go without leaving any impression
Be Nice 2 Me and Waster are both so insanly good compared to the rest of this tape though like where was that energy on the rest of the songs they are both 10/10
cute collection of stratosphere era bsides and demos with most songs just floating in the same fuzzy warm vibe that stratosphere does.
However, theres a bigger focus on electronic sounds on some of these songs that arent really explored on any of dusters main albums, a sound that helps differentiate this album from the rest of the bands discography.
this is a great album to just put on in thr background while getting some quick chore or something done, just to vibe with without putting too ... read more
we have some rap songs at home
fr tho ritchies first solo album has some great songs but a lot of these tracks feel kinda unfinished and dont go anywhere. If anything this just makes me excited for whenever By Storm decide to come back or Ritchie releases an album if they ever do :(
faves: RiTchie Valens, Dizzy, Looping, How?, Get A Fade, 5onthe
nice little selection of very spacey, dancey tracks from machine girl that are a lot more chill than the other stuff ive heard from them.
Black Glass is the standout of the three that feels like a chiller take on the digital hardcore sound of their 2017 album with the breakcore drums and half rapped vocals. The other two tracks are good and all just not as memorable when im writing this 10 min after listening to it.
best first 5 songs of any album ever i will fight anyone who disagrees
might not be the objective best album in the Gorillaz discog but i think its becoming my favourite. The DIY, experimental, throw-everything-at-the-wall approach that damon and his collaboraters took on this album really appeals to me, and the kinda dated lofi production that could turn some people off only adds to the dusdty spooky junkyard vibe they got going, Listening to this makes me feel like im wandering through a rickety haunted house that smells like weed and petrol.

the fucking banging intrumental more than makes up for the kinda basic surface level lyrics
Like cmon guys the fact that Kim Gordon is 70 years old and dropping a trap - noise rock album is cool enough she doesnt need to be writing a revolutionary femminist manifesto to be good
i dont know how i found this project butits an interesting collection of spooky lofi instrumentals which take elements from genres like ambient, trip hop, idm and dungeon synth combined into a hidden gem of an ep that anyone whos into experimental bedroom shit should absolutely check out
fave: Lonely Bunny
least fave: The Party Is Over
DO NOT TAKE THIS RATING SERIOUSLY because i dont know shit about noise music but i found this album through weatherday shouting it out and i see why someone more into this sound could love it but i just cant get all the way into it bro
I like the combination of industrial noise rock and drum and bass on the first track and the title track is a thrashing sludge metal banger.
The song funeral clothes also pulls the classic ambient chill song in the middle of a noisy record trick but damn does it ... read more
