Go into the album expecting to need a few listens to settle in. I only really loved this after the third listen. Treat it like a mixtape, each song is its own experiment, disconnected from the rest but short enough for this album to be very replayable even if you don’t like a few songs.

It’s some of his best beat selection for about 2/3 of it, shame his songwriting is at its worst. At least I can completely ignore everything he’s saying half the time. Drake needs to get his ghost writers back and he needs to learn how to cut songs. But this is still his best sounding project in the last 10 years
