As new artists, they've done such a good job off crafting a distinct visual and sonic identity. The album is great fun front to back with a standout couple of tracks that will slip easily into several playlists. Truly addictive and catchy.
Even tracks I consider less standout like Venomous and Credit Card have me coming back situationally. I don't think you go wrong with any of these tracks at a party. The project only being 8 songs really works in its favour, there's no fluff ... read more

Pretty solid album with a really interesting sound. Monty.pk combines country with elements of modern pop and electronic genres to create something that feels really fresh. I think the vocals are melodically great but lyrically fall a little short of where they're trying to hit. I think if the artist continues to explore and push this sound, we'll see some really dope stuff down the line.
Favourite tracks: Take Me Out Back and Cars in a Lake

Just genuinely one of the best albums ever put together. Absolutely addictive sonics in every song. The lyrics throughout the album play on almost every emotion you can reasonably tap into with music and I'm always just left floored after a complete listen. I don't even know how to choose my favourite songs, you need to listen to this thing front to back.

I was not a twenty one pilots fan. Whatever they're doing here though - it's got me to pay attention. I find that the more I listen to this album, the more I hear. Lyrically, there are so many touching stories in each of these songs, and the production/instrumentals are absolutely captivating throughout. There's definitely a couple of songs I'm not coming back to, but as a whole it feels fantastic.
Favourite songs: Rawfear, The Contract, Tally

By far the band's most cohesive album and a very successful departure from their previous sound (which I was a big fan of!). Every song helps to craft a very specific vibe, no wasted time into his tracklist. I'm not going to say it's a perfect, but I do think it's a no-skip album.
