I’m starting a project where i’m listening to Drake and Kendrick’s albums in a chronological timeline and this album was first. And I’ll say, this is a good album to start off! The good thing about this album was the beats, but that was really it. There were unnecessary beat switches on almost every song, most of the writing was bad, and the album felt repetitive near the halfway point of the album. It also wasn't very consistent with tracks. It was a decent first half, and then it slowly fell off with a few little heights. The best part about the album was the end of it. The ending instrumental was beautiful, and I wish the rest of the album were like that. ... read more

A very consistent rock ballad album that has a wonderful story and almost made me cry.

I decided not to rank the songs. I've been going through a lot of stress with my relationship, which has been resolved, but this album feels like therapy about what's happening. The album made me stop what I was doing to think and breathe. It was a peaceful album, yet soul-crushing.
