This is probably the most inconsistent album in terms of quality that I've heard from Swans.
Because there's some of Swans' worst music to date like The Seer Returns or The Wolf, and then 93 Ave. Blues, A Piece of the Sky & Apostate are some of their best songs ever.
Probably not gonna come back to this album as much some of their other works but I'm definitely going to treasure those last 3 songs I mentioned
I think the main takeaway that I can get with this album is that it has absolutely incredible highs but it also has quite boring lows.
For example I think Mayonnaise is one of the most anthemic and greatest rock tunes of the 90s, while I think Quiet is just extremely boring to listen to, like there's not really much I can say about that except for the fact that the mixing at points is quite weird (like Corgan's vocals get really buried under the mix).

this definitely grew on me and the parts where I thought the experimentation was a little bit off they've either glistened a lot more or are roughly the same
I do think the whole MOTO / MAMI thing could have been handled way better but I am still left intrigued for her next release and I really want to see what else she experiments with
