When I was 9 & 10 years old, first discovering the entire landscape of real music, this band, and this album in particular, was the first one I found. This, in my opinion, is the Fab Four at their absolute peak. This album is so experimental, avant-garde, and envelope-pushing for its time, and you can feel the unrestrained creativity and fun the band were oozing with. Nearly every song here feels amazing and provides something unique to the entire project as a whole. This was also the birthplace of Helter Skelter, possibly one of my favorite Beatles song of all time.

With this one album, Sabbath changed the musical landscape permanently, making music history, and creating what is considered by many to be the birth of Metal music, and what a frightening, enthralling birth it is -- and one that still holds up to this very day. Rest easy, Ozzy, and Dio too. 🤘
