Saw this album scrolling through aoty and I realized I never scored it. The 2nd and 4th songs respectively have been in my top of the decade conversation for a few months now, and the other 2 have grown on me since I first heard them. I can finally justify giving this a 10 and maybe even top 5 of the decade (so far) honors.

I presaved this like a month ago without knowing anything about the band, just because it looked interesting, and I'm so glad I did. This shit is reallllllly good. There are some stretches where I'm not the biggest fan of the vocals but the production is consistently super textured and well made that I can't help but just sit here and admire it. The first half especially hits so hard, I loved it.

The disparity in quality between the highlights and regular songs on this album is fucking insane 😭 at least the deluxe has a better banger to flop ratio

I know I liked this album a lot on first listen but man it just gets better every time. I don’t really know how to describe it without just repeating the same things I feel like I’ve said about every George album 2015 to now, great atmospheres, consistent sonic theming, fantastic peak songs.
