i feel like the repetitiveness of these tracks really helps to solidify the almost hypnotic nature of HM's gameplay. fits perfectly, goes hard. the game itself is one of my alltime favorites too
goes hard but i felt like HM1's soundtrack was more fitting
hidden gem. a little disappointed it wasn't more like the Miniature song trilogy, but it's still aight
i do hope this guy gets the help he needs, but wow, this is one of the worst songs ive ever heard in my life.
if you liked the crazy bus menu theme, you'll love this album. the little easter egg in the last track was pretty cool tho ngl

0/10 because of the lyrics about hating cats
i love the overall presentation and ideas of this album, but unfortunately not a lot of the songs managed to grab me. there's nothing here that i'd really find playlist-worthy (except maybe i'd rather sleep)
this album has the signature beach house sound, though not nearly as fine-tuned as their later releases. still an impressive effort. pretty good for a debut album
at first i was pretty underwhelmed, but then after a few tracks i started to see why everyone likes this so much. surprisingly effective minimalist production, strong lyrics, and some impressive vocal performances
very interesting listen, unlike anything i've heard before, with quite a bit of variety in between tracks
