This is peak grunge. Chris Cornell was the best to ever do it imo.

Album art is the best part.

After re listening to this, there is no memorable songs still. It’s not complete trash like newer albums. But the decline is going downhill fast here.

Your Betrayal makes this album nice.

Their best album. It peaks here the decline starts after. Great sophomore album.

I get more enjoyment eating luke warm tomato soup. A few good hits tho still

Some great singles that remind me of what things use to be but will never be again.

This is exactly when the downfall happens. The people who listened to old A7X mostly were disappointed and a new wave of younger fans said “oh this peak metal”. I will stand firm on the hill of the younger fans were really wrong.

Gates best solos. Some of Revs best drumming. Complete shift is Matt’s voice after surgery and they redefined 2000s metalcore with this album. Arguably their best work.

Okay. Let me explain this high score. This album made me a metalcore fan, it showed me the genre the shaped my teen years, got me to play guitar and other instruments. It might not be their absolute best work but it’s their most important to me.

It’s a horrible debut. But it shows how much they have grown.

I ate chipotle and am currently regretting it on the toilet. I feel the same way about this album.
