crayz beats from skai, most songs have the vocals mixed too low, 1/2 & 1/2 on the verses some r my least favorite of chika's unfortunatelyyy
the only defenses ive seen made for this album have just been insults towards the critics and i think that says a lot about the audience reviewing this
perfect length for this sort of thing, hard beats, and zack fox is hilarious
in an underground scene where maximalism is the current aesthetic, having someone uniquely leverage the idea of "less is more" instead is so deeply important
It feels like he played it pretty safe for the most part, however, I did enjoy it!
When he leans into the more unique shit like on "Love Blur" or "The Sky" it's genuinely top tier, and even the mostly formulaic array of tracks that appear here besides those are incredibly fun. Can't wait to see what else you've in store, slayr!
