Polyphia - New Levels New Devils
90

god this is so good. This is my favorite polyphia album, with no misses and all james. Nasty, O.D.m G.O.A.T., and Rich Kids are all 100/100 songs for me, such a good guitar focused album

Moe Shop - RADIO LOVE HIGHWAY
77

short, sweet, vibey, just what I want from moe shop. I dont really get why this is rated low, I enjoyed every track a pretty damn good amount, altho there isnt anything particularly special either

Denzel Curry - Melt My Eyez See Your Future
83

The first half of this album would prob be a 90 for me, but im not the hugest fan of the second half. The lyrics and vibes on the first half cant go unstated though, with Melt Session #1 maybe being my favorite denzel song ever.

Whitechapel - Hymns in Dissonance
85

Pretty damn good metal, it didnt do a ton to me but it was still an enjoyable run.

Lupe Fiasco - Samurai
89

honestly prob my favorite lupe work, super vibey with no skips. not much more to say besides just being a very enjoyable experience. Just wish it was a bit longer

Justice - †
75

I went into this with really high expectations, but unfortunately it wasnt fully met. I can hear a lot of really really good ideas here, but it feels pretty rough around the edges. songs like The Party seem to never get off the ground, and songs like Genesis have so much potential but they dont really capitalize on it in ways that my ears like. Ill def be listening to more of their stuff bcs I feel like if this is their first album they can refine their craft a ton, either way still an ... read more

Tyler, The Creator - Flower Boy
94

close to my favorite tyler album, pure vibes. I will never get bored of listening to this no matter how much time passes. The only thing I dont like about this is the last song, as it just doesnt do it for me, but the rest is so so good

Tanger - Prefer not to say
93

This is prob my favorite electronic album, its so damn good man. only miss is weka sena imo, and even then its not a full skip. this shit dont get boring

Tyler, The Creator - CHROMAKOPIA
95

This is my favorite tyler album. There are no misses on this and I can come back and listen to this whenever I want and no be disappointing. a good assortment of bangers and vibes, along with some really heavy hitters like "Like Him" and "Judge Judy"

ScHoolboy Q - BLUE LIPS
85

Good shit Schoolboy, very vibey, kinda classic reminiscent hiphop album here, and u wont be disappointing. the second half of the album isnt as strong as the first to me, but its still very enjoyable listening front to back. also, foux along clears like 90% of rappers discog that song is a 100/100 to me

84

New tracks honestly clear the original, but having both together on the album is still a nice experience (even if its rlly long). despite the length, because of the vibes the songs have it isnt a slog to get through, staying enjoyable the whole way through. The only song I dont like is "Nobody Gets me", but thats just not my kind of music. Quite a few bangers and an overall very enjoyable experience.

Quadeca - SCRAPYARD
96

Dude its soooo gooodddd, every song is such a vibe and it somehow stays a coherent listening experience despite being scraps. Texas Blue and U Tried That Thing Where Ur Human did something special to me. I love every song besides Even If I Tried, and even that is amazing in its own right. I am a certified D1 Quadeca glazer.

Quadeca - I Didn't Mean to Haunt You
99

This is probably the most impactful album I've ever listened to. This has gotten me through some of the hardest times in my life, and I relate to a ton of the concepts presented here. On the front of the actual music, its peak, simply. Almost 3 years after release I am still not bored of any songs, and listening to the whole thing front to back is still a rewarding experience. My favorite album.
